Brett Newman
Brett has deep experience working in industry and as a consultant. Most recently, he founded and led a research and development center for Azud, a large European products company. There he directed the research and development team for Azud’s new product pipeline. Prior to that, Brett led innovation programs across a wide range of products at Node, one of Europe’s leading consultancies.
Sven Newman
Sven is passionate about bridging gaps. As an experienced design practitioner with a management consulting background, he’s well positioned to make the link between strategic innovation and inspired, tangible design. Prior to Daylight, Sven ran a multidisciplinary design studio at IDEO that connected strategy to real-life implementation. During his seven year tenure at IDEO, Sven served as a program leader on a wide array of service and product innovation programs. Sven is also an adjunct faculty member at Stanford, teaching ethnography and design.
Leo Kopelow
Prior to Daylight, Leo led a multidisciplinary studio at IDEO focused on human factors and interaction design. At IDEO from 2000 to 2007, Leo collaborated with many clients from service startups to Fortune 500 firms including the likes of Microsoft, Mercedes and HP. Additionally, Leo has guest lectured at Stanford on the topics of user research, innovation process and communication design.
