Design strategy

• 2+ years of professional experience
• Expert at planning and carrying out broad research programs
• Knowledge spans human factors, user experience thinking and systems thinking
• Appreciation for brand, business factors, and service experience design
• Expertise in relevant hands-on craft such as interaction, communication or industrial design a plus

Interaction design

• 2+ years of professional experience
• Usability guru
• Expert visual design skills
• Comfortable participating in early-phase research, strategy and ideation
• Mid-level or higher Flash prototyping skills
• After Effects skills a plus
• Hardware/software prototyping experience a plus

Industrial design

• 2+ years of professional experience
• Strong conceptual thinker
• Skilled at connecting brand strategy to product form and behavior
• Deep appreciation for human factors and ergonomics
• Comfortable participating in early-phase research, strategy and ideation
• 3D modelling and rendering skills (animation a plus)
