Interaction design

• 2+ years of professional experience
• Usability guru
• Expert visual design skills
• Comfortable participating in early-phase research, strategy and ideation
• Mid-level or higher Flash prototyping skills
• After Effects skills a plus
• Hardware/software prototyping experience a plus

Visual communication

• 2+ years of professional experience
• Capable of creating striking, original graphic design work
• Clear, articulate writer
• Equally effective at shaping the big idea and dialing in the details
• Experience with photography, videography and/or motion graphics a plus
• Comfortable participating in early-phase research, strategy and ideation
